This stationary dribbling drill is an oldie, but a goodie. Figure 8 sequences challenge both your ability to maintain a rhythm and your creativity as you create more complex routines.

Star Shooting

This simple shooting drill is a great way to get up a lot of shots by yourself in a short amount of time.

Shot Chart

Stay accountable by using this chart to track the number of shots you take on a daily basis. I would suggest the following: Elementary (20-50), Grade School (50-100), Junior High (100-150), High School  (150-250).
